WorkSafe is not a 1-800 Whistleblower Hotline – it’s actually useful. WorkSafe provides a safe and
confidential way for employees, contractors, and patrons to report workplace issues, illegal activity,
and concerns via a dedicated QR code link posted at each location. When a complaint comes in, you are
notified immediately via text and/or email and because it’s QR code generated, you know exactly where
the complaint was generated. For each complaint, you are provided with access to a platform to gather
evidence and conduct investigations so you can satisfy your legal obligations to investigate workplace
claims and minimize the use of attorneys in doing so/

First, create an account and register your business. If your business has more than one location, no problem –
you can create a unique QR code for each place – the importance of this is that you know exactly where the complaint originated.
Second, select the individuals who will receive notice of the complaint and, the way in which they will be contacted (text or email).
Third, investigate the claim. Once a complaint comes in, the assigned company recipient will access the complaint and be directed to an
investigation portal. The WorkSafe portal provides an easy-to-use platform that guides you through how to conduct an investigation including,
uploading evidence, tracking and summarizing witness interviews, and ultimately forming a conclusion. You can even invite third parties such as
attorneys or outside human resource individuals to join the investigation. Once you close out the investigation, you can safely maintain it in
your WorkSafe account. In the event you need to access an investigation later, it’s all in one place - with one click, you can convert the entire
